Крекеры с сыром на сметане
Очень простой рецепт хрустящих домашних крекером с сырым.
Вместо соли крекеры перед выпечкой можно посыпать маком или кунжутом.
Ингредиенты:
мука – 1 стакан,
сливочное масло (размягченное) – 4 столовых ложки,
сыр (натертый на мелкой терке) – ½ стакана,
сметана – ¼ стакана,
соль – ½ чайной ложки + для посыпки.
Способ приготовления:

Соединить все ингредиенты, кроме муки. |

Перемешать. |

Постепенно всыпать муку. |
 |
Замесить тесто. |
 |
Тесто раскатать достаточно тонко и нарезать на квадраты-прямоугольники или т.п. |

Выложить на застеленный бумагой для выпечки противень, присыпать солью, при помощи вилки сделать дырочки. |
 |
Выпекать при 200 градусах 12-15 минут до золотистого цвета. |
 |
