Салат с курицей, грибами и ананасами
Очень вкусный и по-настоящему праздничный салат с необычным вкусом, подаренным сочетанием курицы, грибов и ананасов.
Ингредиенты:
куриное филе – 250 грамм,
шампиньоны (свежие или замороженные) – 300 грамм,
консервированные ананасы (у меня были уже порезанные) – 150 грамм,
куриное яйцо – 3 штуки,
сыр твердый – 100 грамм,
морковь – 2 штуки,
лук репчатый– 1 головка,
майонез,
растительное масло,
соль – по вкусу,
зелень.
