Глинтвейн с медом, яблоком и апельсином
Ингредиенты:
красное сухое вино – 1 бутылка,
яблоко – 1/2 шт.,
апельсин – 1/2 шт.,
мед – 4 ст.л.,
гвоздика – 12 бутонов,
корица – 1 палочка,
душистый перец – 5 горошин.
Приготовление:

Половинки яблока и апельсина нарезать дольками, положить в кастрюлю. Добавить пряности и мед. |

Залить вином, перемешать. |

На небольшом огне нагреть до температуры 70 °С, не кипятить. |
 |
Готовый глинтвейн разлить по бокалам. |
