Плюшки-сердечки сахарные из слоеного теста
Если у вас под рукой имеется упаковка готового слоеного теста, то быстрое приготовление чего-нибудь вкусненького к чаю не составит ни малейшего труда. И самое быстрое и простое (ну и, конечно же, очень вкусное), что только можно соорудить из готового слоеного теста – это сахарные плюшки-сердечки, которые к тому же благодаря своей форме просто великолепно смотрятся на чайном столе!
Ингредиенты:
слоеное дрожжевое или бездрожжевое тесто,
растительное масло,
сахарный песок.
Способ приготовления:

Тесто разделить на небольшие кусочки и раскатать их в лепешки. |

Эти лепешки смазать растительным маслом и посыпать сахарным песком. |
 |
Свернуть каждую лепешку в трубочку. |
 |
Соединить концы трубочки друг с другом и перевернуть свернутую трубочку на бок. |
 |
Разрезать трубочку со стороны сгиба, оставив место соединения концов трубочки нетронутым. |
 |
Разрезанные половинки трубочки «развернуть» наружу, сформировав сердце. |
 |
Выложить плюшки-сердечки на противень, смазанный маслом или застеленный бумагой для выпечки (при желании можно смазать поверхность плюшек желтком). |
 |
Выпекать сахарные плюшки при температуре 200 градусов 15-18 минут. |
