Тефтели-ежики с подливой
Очень вкусные и сытные тефтели, немного «колючие», из-за чего напоминают маленьких ежиков – отсюда и название этого блюда.
Ингредиенты:
фарш мясной (пополам свинина с говядиной) – 500 грамм,
рис длиннозернистый– 0,5 стакана,
лук репчатый – 2 головки,
морковь – 1 штука,
томатная паста (или кетчуп) – 200-250 мл,
вода кипяченая – примерно 1 стакан,
растительное масло,
соль – по вкусу,
перец – по вкусу.
