Суп с тыквой и говядиной
Очень вкусный и полезный осенний суп с яркой красочной тыквой. И если обычно из тыквы на первое готовят тыквенный суп-пюре, то в данном случае тыква добавляется в суп нарезанная кубиками, где она гармонично соседствует с картофелем, сельдереем и мясом.
Ингредиенты:
говядина (вырезка) – 500 грамм,
тыква (очищенная) – 500 грамм,
картофель – 500 грамм,
сельдерей (стебли) – 200 грамм,
лук репчатый – 150 грамм,
морковь – 150 грамм,
растительное масло,
соль – по вкусу,
перец – по вкусу.
