Вкусные оладьи совсем не обязательно должны быть сладкими, и оладьи с зеленым луком, приготовленные на кефире – лучшее тому подтверждение! Такие оладьи получаются очень ароматные – за счет добавления в состав зеленого лука.
Оладьи с зеленым луком можно подавать и в горячем виде, и в холодном, с соусами и без – в любом случае они будут неизменно хороши! Можно также подать их к первым-вторым блюдам вместо хлеба.
Ингредиенты:
кефир – 400 мл,
мука – 400 г,
лук зеленый – 1 пучок,
яйца куриные – 2 шт.,
соль – 0,75 ч.л.,
сода – 0,75 ч.л.,
растительное масло.
