Блины на кефире
Блины на кефире на скорую руку – нежные, тонкие и дырчатые. Хороши с о сметаной, джемом, медом, икрой и т.д.
Ингредиенты:
кефир – 0,5 л,
яйцо куриное – 1 шт.,
мука – 8–10 ст.л. с горкой,
сахар – 1 ст.л.,
сода – 0,5 ч.л.,
соль – 1 щепотка,
растительное масло – 2–3 ст.л.
Приготовление:

Яйцо взбить с сахаром. |

Влить кефир комнатной температуры. |

Ввести муку с содой. |
 |
Перемешать всю массу до однородного состояния. |

Добавить растительное масло и перемешать. |
 |
Жарить блины на сковороде с антипригарным покрытием с двух сторон до золотистого цвета. |
