Сырные блины
Нежные золотистые блинчики с приятным сливочным вкусом.
Ингредиенты:
сыр твердый – 100 грамм,
молоко – 250 мл,
мука – 1 стакан,
яйца куриные – 3 штуки,
сахар – 2 столовых ложки,
соль – 1 чайная ложка,
растительное масло – 30 мл.
Способ приготовления:

В миску влить молоко, разбить яйца, добавить сахар и соль. |

Тщательно перемешать. |

Добавить муку и перемешать. |

Сыр натереть на мелкой терке и добавить в миску. |

Влить растительное масло и перемешать. |
 |
Выпекать блины на хорошо разогретой сковороде с обеих сторон до золотистого цвета. |
