Творожное печенье «Поцелуйчики»
Очень простое, но вкусное творожное печенье с интересным названием «Поцелуйчики».
Почему именно поцелуйчики? Все просто: во время приготовления печенья заготовки-кружочки несколько раз складываются таким образом, что получается так, будто бы края печенья «целуются» друг с другом.
Ингредиенты:
творог – 200 грамм,
маргарин или сливочное масло – 200 грамм,
мука – 8-10 столовых ложек,
разрыхлитель или сода (погасить уксусом) – 0,5 чайной ложки,
сахарный песок.
